SwathMap

What's new

What's new, newest first. Dates are when a feature went live on the SwathMap platform; the SwathMap web app opened to accounts on October 15, 2026. What's planned is on the features page, without dates.

  1. Sign up for SwathMap directly New

The SwathMap web app is open for accounts. Create one, upload a flight and draw on the finished map, all in the browser. Edges-only maps pick the photos along the edge before uploading, so there's less to send. The boundary KMZ is now tested on EAVision and Ceres drones, alongside the DJI Agras shapefile.

  2. A sample map for new accounts

A new account can open a sample map, with the photo map, its multispectral overlay and vegetation layers, and try the drawing tools on it before subscribing.

  3. Edges-only maps trimmed to your band

An edges-only map now ends at the band you picked, 50, 100 or 200 ft either side of the boundary, instead of wherever the edge photos happened to reach.

  4. Edges-only maps

Map just a strip along the field's edge when all you need is the boundary: a faster map, at the same price as any map. Multispectral layers also got fixed color scales, so the same value is the same color on every map.

  5. Multispectral, zones and boundary exports

Multispectral maps from the DJI Mavic 3M: NDVI, NDRE, GNDVI, LCI and green cover. Zones and prescription maps from a vegetation layer, exported as shapefile or KMZ. Boundary exports: a DJI Agras shapefile, a shapefile zip and a Google Earth KMZ.

  6. Several fields in one upload

Fields that are far apart in one upload are split, processed side by side and delivered together, instead of one stretched map with empty ground between them.

  7. The plan, on every account

One priority processing lane, up to 50 fields queued at once and 1 TB of kept maps on every account.

  8. Agri Flight Logs' app goes into production

Agri Flight Logs' spray-records app moves from beta to production on SwathMap, sending its customers' flights for mapping.

  9. Sharper web maps

The map you browse is built from the full-quality image, with sharper resampling and higher-quality tiles.

  10. Zoom to every pixel

The web map zooms one level past the photos' own detail, so every pixel of the map reaches the screen.

Map your next field before you spray it.

Create an account and try the drawing tools on a sample map, then subscribe and upload your own flight. A 500-photo flight typically takes about 22 minutes to process. Questions first? Ask, and you'll get an answer from a person on the SwathMap team.
